I'm not always a good listener.
Just ask my wife.
There is a saying that God gave us two ears and one mouth for a reason.
I admit it. Sometimes my ego gets in the way and while I know how critical it is to listen to clients, I know it can be difficult.
I get excited.
Compared where I was 5 years ago, I'm a much, much better listener, but can always use some assistance.
